Information we collect from growers and site contacts
We collect personal information that is needed to assess a farm request, arrange a field visit and manage a booked laser weeding programme. This may include a name, role, farm or business name, contact details, crop details, field location, preferred scheduling window and notes shared through our contact form or during direct discussions.
Where a site needs access planning, we may also record gate instructions, loading points, contact persons on the farm, and practical notes about field layout or crop stage. If a matter involves invoicing or payment administration, we may hold the information needed for that purpose too.
